Here's how you can have a insulating plate mounted on a horizontal injection press for rubber after
some months of work to 200°C

 

The photo below, shows the deterioration had by an insulating plate not suitable (Glass Transition Tg 150°C), but often used only because economic: practically the dark face was in contact with the resistance at 210°, while the lower face yellow leaning on the plan machine which normally arrives at ~90°C :

It may be that the insulation installed on your presses is in these conditions?

NO PROBLEM !

The insulating plate ISOL 260 is the solution
(Glass Transition   Tg  260°C)
